PATTERNS OF ALIGNMENT & SYNCHRONY JACK AND THE BEANSTALK JACOB’S LADDER & THE VEIL THE POMEGRANATE & THE BEEHIVE THE CHERUBS, CHARIOTS & THRONE OF GRACE.

CHAPTER 1 1 (PAT_TURNS) PATTERNS OF ALIGNMENTS AND SYNCHRONY: The first patterns of life are definitely the mysterious genetic codes within the DNA of a GENE. But in this day and age and in this context, what makes us think about a dose of fresh breath energy and LIFE? – Food 4 Thought ☺ Have you ever noticed the beautiful patterns of the pod walls of the Seeds of a Pomegranate fruit!? I find it amazing with a thin shield that ‘looks like a protective layer while each ‘Seed Pod’ has an innate ability to house every seed as the seed clusters within the pomegranate fruits, ‘looks like the stars that cluster together and the busy bees that save their NECTAR in beautifully created and symmetrically aligned HIVES. The patterns of alignment of symmetrical interconnecting lines and Dot are the gist of what SACRED DOTS is all about as it’s a PLOT OF DOT’S.

A BOTANIST probably understands the Cell Structures of SEED designs of a pod wall and POD Structures but knowing life and seeing life from the Eyes of a Botanist, Zoologist, Archeologist, Artist, Physicist, Friend, Philosopher, and Guide or Organizational Psychologist is a beautiful way of perceiving things in light of the ‘Right Perspectives’.

FUN FACTS: Does it matter if the ‘Pericarp of A Seed’, in some cases is formed by the fusion of two Carpels thus elongating ‘The Structure of the Pod Wall or Siliqua’!? If so what about the Cell Layers of the Exocarp, Mesocarp, and Endocarp!? To be precise in fleshy fruits the Pericarp is typically made up of 3 distinct layers: • Epicarp (also known as exocarp) • Mesocarp (which is the middle layer) • Endocarp (which is the inner layer) Another interesting fact about be noted is the ‘connection’ between the ‘Seed Funiculus’, which is the STALK by which an Ovule or a Seed is connected and stays connected to the placenta in the ovary of a flower. When and where the ‘Funiculus’ acts like the ‘Umbilical Cord’ in the womb of a mother that connects the baby to its mother, it is evident how LIFE can be #Sustained.

These examples show us a lot about how nature has its own way of both cherishing and nourishing life. This pattern of LIFE is a natural process of how the parent plant provides the required amount of nutrients to the developing ovule and seed like how the baby in the womb receives food from the mother through the interconnecting umbilical cord till the ‘fetus’ like the ‘embryo’ in the seed has obtained complete growth and development. The beauty of God-given principles ‘ipso facto’ (i.e., by that very fact) is not really iridescent but it’s just a wide spectrum of connecting factors that can be seen and perceived from different angles. The MIND, BODY, SOUL/SPIRIT (vitality) also share a similar connection that needs to be aligned on the basis of what is significant and of paramount importance. Sowing incorruptible seeds of faith in our Soul/Mind gives us a cross-sectional view of preserving ‘SACRED SPACES’ in the inner layer and the middle layer.

This means more than just ‘surface level’, skin-deep faith, and any materialistic or physical need in the outer layer of our BEING. A Plot of Dot’s…. 6 6 In Organizational leadership, however, there are stalwarts who have clear ideas and viewpoints about what organizational leadership and the acquired ability to practice ‘mindful leadership is all about. While managers try to reason on the basis of their so-called credentials, innate leadership is about strategically aligning and setting up the PACE while spicing up the TEAM with the flavor of a MACE or spikenard.

This is to clear up the SPACE being preoccupied with controlling factors like budget cost-cuts, Approvals, DOA (Delegations of Authority), Management Accounting principles related to planning, forecasting, and organizing staffing, and problem-solving in a creative and resourceful manner. So, in this context where does ‘Thought Leadership’ make a difference and how !?☺ Have you ever wondered about how it would feel if you ever had a chance to witness any of the following: ▪ (Mountain Top experiences) At the heights of Jack’s Beanstalk ▪ (Mountain Top experiences) At the heights of Jacob’s Ladder (That touched the Heavens with angels ascending and descending). Have you ever come across the ‘Hymn of Promise’!? Apparently, it’s a hymn that talks about an entire ‘Apple Tree, Inside a Tiny Little Seed’….!! Have you noticed how tiny the mustard seeds are but it’s known to be the strongest of shrubs? In essence ‘Food 4 Thought’ ☺ is based on such observations that direct us to an infinite (unknown) dimension that is eternal. This is best encapsulated in a poetic phrase that says: “Unrevealed until its Season, there is a reason to believe that, somethings GOD alone can See”!!But it’s worth the effort when you see things from the right perspective. This doesn’t without spiritual fruits like patience, endurance, fortitude, and care that bring in nurturing and protection to reap the real harvest.

Chapter 2 2 JACK AND THE BEANSTALK (Take Stock of your Perspectives) I personally love the best-loved fables of all time namely ‘Jack and the BeanStalk’!! In this context what makes it all the more interesting is the connectedness of certain factors like the following: • A UNIQUE SEED • AN INFINITE DIMENSION • A GROWTH MINDSET (Physically & Spiritually) It’s amazing to note the ‘BIGGER PICTURE’ when there is a ‘CHANGE or SHIFT IN PERSPECTIVES’. It could be a paradigm Shift.!! Now look at the Beanstalk and observe the Bean Seeds. Like the story of the ‘Ugly Duckling’ what makes these tiny or perhaps big bean seeds different actually!? The impression or the signal it gives us is with respect to how ‘Unique a Value Proposition’ the ‘Beanstalk’ holds in the ‘Life of JACK’!? – Food 4 Thought☺ It actually catapults him from a mere ‘Nobody’ to a sheer ‘Somebody’!! It’s this ‘miracle moment’, at the end of a dark tunnel that becomes a ‘tipping point’ that changes his DESTINY forever. The Scripture reveals in 2nd Corinthians 4: 16-18 ‘All the outward aspects or facets like the appearance, attributes, attitudes, and achievements are temporary but on the contrary, there is a miracle-working force called GRACE that works out for each one a far greater weight of glory that outweighs the momentary afflictions and adversities in this passing phase of LIFE.

VERSE CONCEPT: “Therefore do not lose heart though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal weight of glory that far outweighs them all. But if you are getting sucked into the woes of your current day affairs, then like a black hole there is no escape. By willfully bringing about a change in your PERSPECTIVES you can ‘Change your Script’ and shift your perspectives by molding your thought process in light of an eternal dimension. Now it’s possible to see more clearly how uniquely different or differently UNIQUE those little bean seeds were for JACK. Jack’s Beanstalk reached for the Skies and perhaps never stopped growing till he had to chop it down due to unprecedented circumstances!! Now let’s focus on a more intense angle of that scenario leading to much deeper levels of insights and revelations from the view of an ‘Organizational Psychologist!!

Have you noticed a direct pattern of connection between the Stages of ‘Seed Development’ to the KEY attributes of the Stages of ‘Team Development’...!! There are so many different MODELS of change curves along the lines of transformations and change management principles. For example, over a period of Development time …At Work and Personally people go through a process called learning curves or change curves. When they choose to ‘Change their Perspectives’ and accept transformative changes both personally at an emotional level and professionally they go through many different kinds of Emotions for instance: Shock, Denial, Anger, Frustration, Depression, Despondency, and with the magic term_ Acceptance, they come to terms with reality and start Experimenting, Exploring, Navigating, Imagining and Pursuing their Goals, Dreams, and Aspirations. Hence the ‘Stages of Development as in the case of Seed Development, the Key Attributes in the ‘Stages of Team Development are as follows: • The Germination or Forming Stage – which is an attempt to adjudge or establish the ‘Structure’ of a TEAM. This pattern of alignment is based on a lot of research and case studies and involves the by-product of the Theories developed by management ‘GURUS’ also known as ‘PANDITS’.

Now even the father of management sciences and economics like (the Scottish Economist) Sir Adam Smith and (Austrian-American Management Consultant) Peter F Drucker have based their theories on the forces of demand and supply or facets related to Strategy and Culture and I like to move it forward one step b saying that “Culture eats Strategy for breakfast” is Food 4 Thought!!☺ Isn’t it quite ridiculous to note that the germination of an idea is so closely linked with the germination process of a SEED? In both cases, it’s the generation and/or regeneration of ‘VALUE’ that has the innate ability to ‘Add Life to Life’. Yet the way we perceive an idea in its transitional phase is as though it were a ‘GERM’ or foreign element that intrudes into the current state of affairs and disrupts the present ‘[Status Quo]’ and hence the person who initiates the Change habitually goes through a process of suffering like a ‘Scapegoat’ and feels that his/ her opportunities have been sabotaged turning his/her personal life ‘Topsy-Turvy’ or ‘Upside Down”. The key driver in such a context is the ability to ‘See’ the ‘Bigger Picture’ like a ‘Forward Thinker’ and be more accountable, transparent, creative, resourceful, and reliable when facing insurmountable challenges.•

In the next stages of Team Development or Team-Building like in Seed Development there is a factor called ‘Growth Dynamics’. This features certain specific combinations of characteristics that are inherent in the Seed of an ovule as in Plants or a Zygote in humans or animals unlike the cleavage of a Unicell which subdivides or splits into smaller Cells but is still fully functional. Another variety of species or organisms with differing inherent characteristics is the ‘Protozoans’ as they are one-celled living organisms and an ‘Amoeba’ often called an ‘Amoeboid’ are in a way cousins to the community of ‘Protozoans’ like our little Minions who are a ‘fun-filled’ figment of a cartoon segment and not just our imaginations. While mistletoes are parasitic plants whose roots are well-adapted to penetrate through the bark of a tree to absorb or steal water and nutrients it’s not exactly an instance of a parasitic symbiosis where there is an infestation of an organism that literally exploits another., • Finally, after the ‘infusion’ of new blood within the Organization in the Form of Stages related to Forming, Storming into existence, and Norming by adapting to certain Norms, that is quite decisive, upon the formation of a synchronized ‘Team-Structure’ it behaves like the Cell-Structure of a ‘Corporate DNA’. This finally gears the Organization for further ‘Growth & Development’..

Chapter 3 3. JACOB’S LADDER and THE VEIL in Biblical History. Why do you think Jacob’s ladder, in his vision, touched the hem of heaven’s garments? Could Jacob’s ladder actually touch the heavens above and the stars? This does mean that from a Scriptural context the patriarchal fathers like Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob were instrumental in being the progenitors of the Son of Man and the Messiah (also known as Prajapati in the first Vedic literature of the Rig Vedas). Jacobs Ladder has a kind of insight like none other that is revealing of the Spiritual Truths because we do have a ‘Spiritual Body’ which is the ‘Inner Sanctum’ of our Soul. Why do you think the incarnation of the Son of Man (the ultimate propitiation) to reconcile mankind is more than just a mystery in the Sacred pages of Biblical history…!?

The reason is the fact that it is not by accident but by providence that GOD gave us an OPTION of Redemption to supersede all of our past failures so that He could make the Free Gift of God’s Salvation available to us although God paid a heavy price to restore the whole of mankind, it was His perfect Will to do so. Indeed, He painted a picture of a Ladder (in a Vision) to comfort and console JACOB, the chosen one, while he was resting on a Rock or Stone. Jacob made a pillow out of a stone and his rocking journey into the wilderness is a far-right picture of a man wrestling and struggling under the heat of very severe and harsh circumstances. It’s at this POINT in time that he is able to connect the ‘SACRED DOTS’ OF HIS DESTINY MOMENT, which is revealed to him at a place called ‘PENIAL’ in Hebrew meaning: ‘The Place where he saw the face of GOD’! Again, notice that there is an infinite and inexpressible dimension of GOD’s enduring and everlasting love and provisions for those who actually ‘Seek’ him diligently. In this manner, JACOB who becomes ISRAEL and the father of the 12 Tribes of ISRAEL (like Ishmael the father of the 12 Tribes of Arabia) receives a ‘Blessed Assurance’, ‘IN THE MIDST’ of his agonizing circumstances that he would never and no longer have to wander around like a nomad but rather just receive in full the GRACE of GOD’s infallible wisdom and goodness. He then becomes the PATRIARCH from whom ONLY the promised SEED of the Last Adam would come to restore ‘The Lost’.

Ignorant as we are mortal beings find it very difficult to comprehend the ‘Sea of Mysteries’ that even a Physicist finds hard to comprehend and hence the relevance of the ‘Tools and Techniques’ like Positive Affirmations and Positive Reinforcements which we gain through a process of ‘Thought Leadership. As Spiritual infants, we are still not aware enough of our ‘SELF-factor’ or a higher level of Consciousness like a Philosopher. We have barely tasted the pure milk of the Word of GOD before we can digest more solid food (beef/ or substance for thought) from the hidden truths as revealed in the Scriptures through the WORD. Even the Visionary Speech widely acclaimed and hailed by the UK Press in the Year 2003, states that Lieutenant Colonel Tim Collins said to the 800 men of the 1st Battalion, Royal Irish Regiment, camping in the Deserts of Kuwait about 20 Miles from the IRAQI Border that: “If you are ferocious in battle remember to be magnanimous in victory as IRAQ is being steeped in History. It’s the Site of the ‘Garden of Eden’, The Great Flood during the Days of Noah and his Ark and the Birthplace of Abram from Ur.” Tread lightly here on these sacred grounds as you will see things no MAN could pay to see.

Hence the relevance of things that matter and things that money cannot buy. Visionaries are always encumbered with the responsibility of being a ‘Light House’ and leading the liberation of a generation salvaged by certain enslaving and corrupting influences. A transition towards a transformation could be a transcendental ‘LEAP’ in the history of mankind that has the ‘Power to create a Positive IMPACT’ and not just liberate those fettered or bound by ‘Chains’ of chaos and redundancy, affecting incremental Growth and Development. ‘Progress is accelerating the pace of growth and decelerating the Cause and Effect’ of factors that digress from making good progress.’!!

THE VEIL -The Veil that tore from top to bottom at the time of the Crucifixion of Christ. The Scriptures are suggestive of the fact that the Gospel of St. Mathew 27:51 says: “Behold the VEIL of the Temple was rent in twain, from top to bottom; and the earth did quake and the Rocks rent.” According to the Gospel of St. Luke “Luke wrote for the Sun stopped shining and the curtain of the Temple of (Jerusalem) was torn in two” St. Luke 23:45 In this journey, we come across a period of time when we face a lot of trials and tribulations and positive affirmations like: “Be of good cheer”, “I have overcome the World”, and “You are more than overcomers”; have the ability to make a visible shift in the power of our perspectives. This enables us to ‘See’ through the severity of our current circumstances by lifting our focus from the ‘Negative Conditions’ and thus negating or nullifying the effect thereof.

Although the tearing of the curtain signified separation from the grossly sinful people from God’s Holy presence, it also demonstrates what happened at the hour of Crucifixion when the body of Jesus was torn as He bled when He was pierced for our transgressions. According to St. Mathew 27:51 “His final piercing CRY received an echoing response from the temple: Behold, the curtain was torn in two, from Top to Bottom.” And the earth shook and the rocks were split and the tombs also were opened. Lastly a beautiful description of the VEIL that signifies our “INNER SANCTORUM” as well: “This VEIL, described first and most fully in description of the Tabernacle, was made of blue, purple and scarlet yarn and finely twisted LINEN with Cherubic work onto it by a skilled craftsman. (Exodus 26:31; 36:35). It was to be hung before the ‘Holy of Holies’ which was a perfect cube of 10 cubits per side.

The VEIL was hung by gold hooks on an ‘Acacia Wood Frame’, which itself was overlaid with pure gold. (Exodus 26: 32-322) and the ‘Ark of the Covenant’ was kept behind THE VEIL, in the ‘Holy of Holies’ (Exodus 26:33). A Plot of Dot’s…. 20 20 The VEIL is also suggestive or revealing of the greatest mysteries of all times, for the believers of Judeo-Christian religions with regard to the current location of the ‘Ark of the Covenant’ that does signify GOD’s Holy Presence which is not to be defiled. Ron Wyatt originally from Tennessee, in America had been tenacious enough to put in meticulous number of efforts to travel to ISRAEL and excavate the archaeological remains of the remnants of the antiquities of the Temple of Jerusalem. On the 6 th of January 1982, it has been recorded, that he found the ‘Stone Tablets’ of the TEN COMMANDMENTS in the Ark of the Covenant. It seems that the most viable claims have been made by Ron Wyatt an amateur, adventurer, researcher and Seventh Day Adventist and he found it under the remains of the Old City of Jerusalem, exactly underneath the SPOT of the Crucifixion of Christ where there are blood stains of the Crucified Christ that was dripping onto the ‘Mercy Seat’ between the Cherubs as the ‘Ark of the Covenant’ was discovered in an underground chamber in the hidden recess and crevices of the remains of the Old City of Jerusalem.

Chapter 4 4. THE POMEGRANATE and THE BEEHIVE. The Term ‘fecundity’, is a bountiful replica, of not just a beautiful fruit with a multitude of Seeds but also symbolizes passion and fertility. In fact, ‘fecundity’ also means the ability to produce “NEW IDEAS”, through the ‘Power of Ideation’!! It’s also true that the ‘fecundity’ of one’s imagination can make a profound IMPACT. Wouldn’t be interesting to note that in this Season of joy and festivity around X’Mas and New Year, there is a hidden link to the ‘Gift of Regeneration’ and ‘Abundance’. It involves a lot of research before we discover the beauty in not just attributes but also the hidden secrets behind the pine corns unlike the ornamental mistletoes, egg yolk’s (signifying a ‘New Life or Born-Again experience’) and the Source of a very well spring of life to cherish and nourish a #Sustainable Life (holistically). However, I am more inclined to understand and recognize the patterns of ‘Interconnectedness’ as the Seed Pods look like the ‘Rooms made of Acacia Wood in Noah’s Ark’, for each pair of Species to save them from becoming ‘EXTINCT’….!!

Hence what is mind-blowing is the perfection with which the ‘Construct’ of an Ark was built upon receiving instructions from a living GOD who was the mastermind behind both creation and sustenance. The different pairs of animals and birds were housed in the ‘Womb’ of the Ark that looked like the ‘Belly’ of a Shark or the womb of a fruit like a ‘Pomegranate’ or the ‘Pouch’ of a Kangaroo…!! What is thought-provoking is the dimensions of ‘DEPTH’ and ‘SUBSTANCE’ in not just preparing and planning the ‘Construct’ with great precision but the perfection and the forethought behind #Sustaining and #Cherishing LIFE, not just with Moments of time but ‘Timeless Moments’. According to the Scriptures there is a Reference to the bountiful existence and standards of God as per Deuteronomy 8: 7-9 “For the Lord thy God bringeth thee into a good land , a land of brooks of water, of fountains and depths that spring out of Valleys and Hills; a land of wheat and barley and vines and fig trees and pomegranates ; a land of olive oil and honey from the honeycomb, a land wherein thou shall eat bread without scarceness; thou shall not lack anything in it; a land whose stones are Iron and out of whose hills thou may dig Brass.”

So, it is evident that the Concept of bounty and plenty points to the Source of abundance like the multitude of Stars and interstellar beings that cluster in the heavens above. Don’t you think the Pomegranates encapsulates within itself all the possibilities of ‘Creation and #Sustenance’ just like the infinite potential of the MIND to house the different ‘Dimensions’ of Thoughts and the ability to express the same with both the ‘Spoken’, ‘Written’ and the ‘Unspoken’ – WORD. It goes without saying that the symmetrical lines of the interconnectivity of a BEEHIVE also succinctly symbolize Resourcefulness and the ‘NECTAR’ that the busy-bees collect are stored in their Hives as a reserve to withstand ‘ALL ODDS’.

Chapter 5 5. THE CHERUB, CHARIOTS and THRONE OF GRACE. ‘If Visionaries are Ordinary people faced with extraordinary circumstances that they face with relentless Zeal they are precisely called ‘Trim-Tabbers’ or ‘Trail-Blazers’ because they ideally leave a ‘Trail’ where a Path/ Direction never existed.’…!! In the Void of the Universe when God created, He Spoke and breathed LIFE into everything. Hence technically we are having a glimpse of a huge Universe created with a lot of forethought and brought into existence with such precision and structure that He stands as the Pivot and Foundation of it ALL. God in His infinite wisdom has an incredible ‘OMNI’ attribute and is the Creator of the ultimate criterion of being OMNIPOTENT, which characterizes him to be All Powerful and Sovereign, Omniscient and All-Knowing as GOD does have an Intelligent purpose and exercises Due-Diligence as He has definitive Goals and plays a vital Role in both #Creation and #Sustenance.

The third attribute is the fact that He is Omnipresent and so He is present everywhere and in everything. God’s knowledge of us ensues and pursues us in everything that we do and wherever we are and He truly knows our frame. He knew us from the beginning of time when we were formed in the inward parts of the ‘Womb’ and even the hairs on our head are numbered. So, it’s pretty obvious that while the Universal principles signify the existence of a deeply underlying sense of Structure and Synchrony it is an eye-opener to many of the Organizational issues too in the current day business scenario. In most Organizations, there is a serious issue with structural processes, policies, and systems related to Task-oriented Business activities. In order to incorporate sustainable changes at the whole giant-wheel system or systemic level, it may beSelf-Aligned necessary to create a scenario, where, proper ‘Restructuring’ can be embedded and does not mean ‘Re-inventing the Wheels’. It simply means that the example of a ‘Self-Aligned' Wheel or Ball Bearing is the perfect PIVOT or AXIS to influence the ‘Outer Ring’ and the ‘Inner Ring’ of a sphere raceway that ‘CONNECTS’ the Wheel and the Axle.

Similarly in Organizations where technically it’s not possible to stay afloat or buoyant and move forward due to a misalignment of Strategies and Culture that affect the Organizational well-being and therefore some Levels of Interventions are inevitable. ‘A process of embedding Structural and Strategic Systems and Processes to drive forward Transformational Changes may have a drastic IMPACT on the Organizational and Emotional Levels.’ For this reason, it may be necessary to treat or prevent Trauma, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorders), and such survival syndromes as it’s normally difficult for people to both ADOPT and ADAPT to the ‘NEW NORMALS’ with respect to the way of working. Ronald Reagan has been known to be a great leader not a devil’s advocate as he practiced an attitude of ushering in higher ‘Standards of Trust’ and reliance on Employees known as the ‘Laissez -Faire’ Style of Leadership which holds good even in ‘Organizations’.

Hence a process of ‘Restructuring’ by embedding the right values becomes the pivotal organizational framework for achieving the expected GOALS by ensuring that the management style is well-aligned with the Organizational leadership and Cultures, like a perfectly matched Cross-Word or Jigsaw Puzzle. A Plot of Dot’s…. 27 27 To Conclude and from a Spiritual Perspective, the Eyes and Wheels in Prophet Ezekiel’s Vision of the Cherub, Chariots and The Throne of Grace is quite a distinct and peculiar sort of imagery that is hard to fathom in the ordinary. But this well supported by the audacity of God’s matchless, immutable and infallible glory being revealed to mere mortals. The Dimensions of Time and Space and God’s attributes of being all-powerfulall-knowing, all-knowing, and ever-present steer the rudder of our perception into understanding that God ‘MOVES’ in perfect alignment and synchrony and never contrary to His perfectly Holy nature and WILL. This is well supported by the Statement: THERE CAN BE NO ROUND SQUARES….!! – Food 4 Thought ☺
